  • Month 1: Media Readiness Check (marketing audit, messaging strategy, media list creation, goal setting), plus 2 60-minute strategy calls (kick-off + strategy review)

  • Ongoing: 1 60-minute strategy call per month, 4 customized media pitches and follow-up per month, interview support, post-interview recommendations, monthly progress report)
